The Gold Coast Collossus got the first sausage roll, which was a pleasant surprise!
The Porpus got a whack in the head, and received a 50m penalty; he slotted a lovely goal! It was probably no worse than some Sonnen ear boxing, but never mind. Soon after a Douglas long bomb found a gaggle of Lions, but the Porpus was the last man standing, a bit like Nathan Corbett. You have to keep your feet; I hope Brodie Martin was watching this footage. The Porpus shrugged off a would-be-tackler like he was a Matyushenko rag doll, and waltzed in kicking a superb goal! It reminded me of Munoz on Okami; well if you stretch your imagination.
Another vintage Sloane handball found Kurt Tippett, who snapped a champagne goal from the goal square. Sloane’s handballs are very well weighted, unlike Thiago Alves, haha! Half a pound over; fair suck of the sav Dana White; you have to be more easy going like me. Tippett snapped another goal soon after, and I had to put my parka on, because it was raining goals!
The Porpus was just toying with the Lions, when he turned them inside out, and snapped a goal on the left! I never knew Lions liked candy! Ricky Henderson got out his rocket launcher, and just unleashed this goal seeking missile, that never looked like missing! 11 points up at half-time apparently.
Early in the third quarter another long bomb found Tippett, who was eating up long bombs, like Roy Nelson ate punches! Five sausage rolls and a few apple turnovers for my man Kurt! Dead eye Dick kicked a goal soon after, and I relaxed enough to fart! But that was foolish, because the Lions came back harder than Anderson Silva! The scores were dead even at three-quarter-time.
Early in the last quarter nobody could score; a bit like my love life! But the much maligned James Sellar took a strong mark, and made no mistake with his shot on goal! I ate some humble pie soon after. The last few minutes were tighter than an asian pussy! Van Berlo was the unlikely hero kicking a captain’s goal that won the game! And didn’t he just love it! So I had a VB to celebrate! Big Tex won best bull in Birmingham, Alabama, so Neil Craig gave him the week off to celebrate, haha!
